Oasis Infrared Sauna

🌿 The Oasis Infrared Sauna

Your peaceful space to unwind, restore, and feel good

Welcome to The Oasis, our private infrared sauna designed to help you relax deeply, ease tension, and support your wellbeing. Whether you’re looking for pain relief, stress reduction, or simply a quiet moment to yourself, The Oasis offers a warm, calming environment where you can switch off and recharge.

🌡️ What Is an Infrared Sauna?

Unlike a traditional steam sauna, an infrared sauna uses gentle infrared light to warm your body directly rather than heating the air around you. This creates a soothing, comfortable heat that many people find easier to tolerate.

People often choose infrared sauna sessions to support:

  • Muscle relaxation and recovery

  • Joint stiffness and aches

  • Stress relief and improved sleep

  • Circulation and detoxification

  • General wellbeing and self‑care

🧖‍♀️ What to Expect During Your Visit

We want your experience to feel simple, comfortable, and stress‑free.

When you arrive

  • A member of our team will greet you and show you to The Oasis.

  • You’ll receive a quick introduction to the sauna controls and safety features.

  • You’ll have complete privacy for your session unless you request support.

During your session

  • The sauna is entirely private - it’s your space.

  • Towels are not provided, therefore bring one with you for sitting and drying off.

  • You’re welcome to bring a bottle of water. We do have chilled bottles on sale should you forget.

  • Phones and devices can be brought in, but the heat may affect them - most people prefer to switch off and relax. If you want some background music, you are welcome to ‘Bluetooth’ to the internal speakers in side the sauna.

After your session

  • We have a wonderful rainfall shower which you are welcome to use.

  • You’ll have time to cool down and get changed.

  • You can use our seating area if you’d like a moment before heading out.

Contradictions to note :

Infrared saunas are generally safe for most people, but there are certain individuals and circumstances where sauna use is not recommended or should be done with caution. The gentle heat of an infrared sauna is well-tolerated by many, but it still poses stress on the body (raising core temperature, altering blood pressure, etc.).

Individuals who are using prescription drugs should seek the advice of their personal physician or a pharmacist for possible changes in the drug effect when the body is exposed to far-infrared waves or elevated body temperature. Diuretics, barbiturates, and beta-blockers may impair the body’s natural heat-loss mechanisms. Some over-the-counter drugs such as antihistamines may also cause the body to be more prone to heat stroke.
